Welcome to Interlaken, an 17 acre Upper Peninsula resort located on the north shore of Big Manistique Lake.  The property include cabins for rent, docks for personal boats, pontoons and fishing boats for rent. Also, 2 community spaces; a lakefront covered pavilion, "The Loon's Nest", community kitchen/dining room with internet services, "The Den", playground, large grass area and many quiet trails, a large sandy beach protected from the north winds. 

Burnt Island
Interlaken is the only Upper Peninsula resort with an island in Big Manistique Lake.  Burnt Island is 2 acres in size and located 2 miles from Interlaken Resort.  It has 2 rustic cabins, an outhouse, and a pavilion.  It’s a fun excursion to explore the island which is also frequented by kayakers from other resorts.  In 2018 buildings on the island will receive a makeover plus the grounds will be enhanced to showcase its natural beauty.
